I successfully implemented the new 2020 Brand guide and visual language throughout company vertices and also educated employees on implementation and visual identity. The main design pillar is "to be seen" and giving voice as well sight to marginalized groups.

The brand voice was updated to elevate the core brand audience- BIPOC voices and strides through career development. This was showcased through working directly with Marketing to design Canva/Powerpoint presentation decks, digital partner facing collateral, social assets, digital career fair campaigns etc.

Another portion of my work was insuring that the brand guide assets were made for ease of use for the entire company and that there were google comparative fonts for all branded typography.
