The piece was played multiple times in order to gain intuitive visuals to create the imagery– photographs of kinetic movements such as flowing fabric were taken to illustrate the energy of the song as it slowly transforms from burning embers to rushing waterfalls. Lyrics from Utada Hikaru’s “Colors” were used as a secondary typography element to fortify the piece.
